At RekubitPro, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and what information we collect (or don't collect) when you use our app.

1. Data Collection and Storage

Where Your Data is Stored

All inventory data you enter into RekubitPro is stored exclusively on your device. This includes:

• Product information (names, categories, prices, etc.)
• Inventory quantities and stock levels
• Transaction history (in/out records)
• Reports and statistics
• App settings and preferences

None of this data leaves your device unless you explicitly export it (e.g., to CSV/Excel files).

2. No Account System

RekubitPro does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the app. There is no registration process, no login system, and no user profiles stored on our servers.

This means we have no way to identify you or link your app usage to any personal information.

3. Offline Operation

RekubitPro is designed to work completely offline. While the app may use your device's camera for barcode scanning, it does not require an internet connection for core functionality.

Since the app operates offline:

• No data is transmitted over the internet
• No network requests are made to external servers
• No tracking pixels or analytics code is executed
• Your data remains completely private and local

4. Third-Party Services

RekubitPro does not integrate with any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or data collection platforms. We do not use:

• Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
• Facebook SDK or other social media trackers
• Advertising networks or ad SDKs
• Crash reporting services that collect user data
• Any service that would collect or transmit your data

5. Data Export and Backup

RekubitPro provides export functionality (CSV/Excel) that allows you to create backups of your data. When you export data:

• The export process happens entirely on your device
• You choose where to save the exported files
• We do not access or collect exported data
• You are responsible for the security of exported files

We recommend regularly exporting your data to create backups, as data stored on your device may be lost if the app is uninstalled or your device is reset.

6. Device Permissions

RekubitPro may request the following permissions:

• Camera: Required for barcode/QR code scanning. Camera access is only used for scanning and does not capture or store images.
• Storage: Required to save your inventory data and export files on your device.

We do not request or require any other permissions, and we do not use permissions for purposes other than stated above.

7. Children's Privacy

RekubitPro does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since we don't collect any personal information at all, this policy naturally protects children's privacy. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child is using the app, you can be assured that no data is being collected from them.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Since RekubitPro operates entirely offline and doesn't collect data, changes to this policy primarily reflect updates to our practices or legal requirements, not changes to how we handle your data (as we don't handle it).
